Worthing Society for the Blind has taken delivery of a new Euro 6 Elegance 16 Seater from EVM’s Sales office in Horsham, West Sussex.
The Sprinter is based on the Euro 6 516 Cdi 163BHP Common Rail Direct Injection diesel engine. Transmission is a 7 Speed G Tronic automatic gear box, and the exterior is finished in Mercedes Benz Yellow.
New EVM plug type passenger electric entry door with manual emergency release and exterior key lock facility with EVM integrated three stage entry steps with LED strip lights and stainless steel inserts.
Original Mercedes Benz 270 degrees hinge doors. 2 full length brushed aluminium luggage racks stretch the length of the saloon with full length strip lighting and blue LED night lights with individual passenger service units having reading lights and adjustable air ducts.
Original Mercedes-Benz saloon glazing. Large coach panoramic front window screen with twin roller blinds. Glass top roof vent.
Mercedes-Benz In-Dash Tempmatic air conditioning, with saloon air conditioning from directional outlets in centre roof cowling.
Mercedes Benz Audio 15 upgrade Radio – SD Card input. Saloon speakers integrated in passenger service units. PA system and Bluetooth ready.
The saloon features 16 Executive 110 Seats with 3 point belts. Folding arm rests to aisle side finished in Epengle Wool Mix Moquette with leather head rest inserts.
EVM body moulded side skirts in matching vehicle colour. Colour coded bumpers and side mouldings. Euroliner wheel trims. Complete repaint in metallic black.
As with all EVM minibus’s the vehicle is completed to European whole vehicle type approval and comes with full 3 year Mercedes Benz Unlimited mileage Chassis Warranty. Worthing Society for the Blind have also decided to go with the additional 2 years extra Mercedes Benz Power Guard Warranty.
