Chassis:
The Sprinter is based on the Euro 319CDI EURO 6 medium wheel base with Common Rail Direct Injection diesel engine. Transmission is a 7 Speed G Tronic Automatic gear box, and the exterior is painted in Mercedes-Benz black metallic.

Passenger Entry:
Access to the passenger compartment is via the side sliding door with the aid of an AVS kick step.

Glazing:
Original Mercedes-Benz side glazing with heat insulated tinted glass. Original Mercedes-Benz front window screen.

Climate Control:
Mercedes-Benz In-Dash air conditioning.

Entertainment:
Mercedes-Benz sound 15 upgrade radio/SD/USB. PA system with multiple mic points are also fitted. Bluetooth ready.

Seating:
12 EVM executive class seats finished in half leather and half cloth. Diagonal 3-point seat belts and folding arm rests on the isle side were also specified.

Flooring:
Complete floor covered in hard wearing Tarabus anti-slip flooring.

Exterior Styling:
With the huge air flow demands of each engine, a snorkel system that raised the air intake has been added to prevent ingesting harmful elements to the vehicles air cleaner.

Externally the vehicle has colour coded bumpers and front grille. For off road and all-weather conditions, the vehicle has been specified with BF Goodrich all terrain tyres.

Warranty:
As with all EVM minibus’s the vehicle is completed to European whole vehicle type approval and comes with full 3-year Mercedes-Benz Unlimited mileage chassis warranty and 3-year EVM conversion warranty.

About the customer:
Vagabond Tours was established in February 2002, the brain child of Rob Rankin who had been travelling in Southern Africa with his wife. While there, they saw the safari and overland tours that were so popular and realised that a more adventurous way of seeing Ireland would be a fantastic experience for visitors.
