Our focus remains to exceed the expectations in the innovation and production of quality products. Our state of the art manufacturing facilities in Kilbeggan Co. Westmeath enable us to have in-house major production processes and ensure tight quality control, cost effectivity and the ability to be flexible with customer requirements.

European Community

Whole Vehicle Type Approval

The European approval scheme is based on the concept of “type approval.” This process provides a mechanism for ensuring that vehicles meet relevant environmental, safety and security standards.

EVM is proud to be one of the first minibus manufacturers to have been awarded ECWVTA across our range. This approval ensures that all EVM Minibuses, systems and components meet stringent European Community environmental and safety standards on every single EVM model.

This certification will be accepted throughout the EU without the need for further testing and EVM have now processes in place to produce a Certificate of Conformity (COC) for each vehicle manufactured.

What this means to you the customer is that there is no lengthy waiting periods for IVA tests of COIF’s etc. Your vehicle arrives with a Certificate of Conformity ensuring you that your vehicle meets all approval requirements Europe wide. You simply insure your vehicle and drive away.

ECE R 66 Rollover Protection

EVM is proud to be one of the first minibus manufacturers worldwide to have been awarded with ECE R66 Rollover protection. This approval ensures that all EVM Minibuses, systems and components meet stringent European Community and worldwide environmental and safety standards on every single EVM model.
